1. What types of files can we open and print?  We accept files for both MAC and Windows platforms. We prefer an Adobe Acrobat "PDF" document because it ensures that the document will open and print by the end-user in the same layout the file originated.

2. What methods of payment can I make? Our department operates on a charge-back system. Funds are deducted from your department or schools printing budget via a purchase order or through internal funds.
